When we were interviewing agents to work with Jennifer was far and above the others we spoke with.  She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to information about different neighborhoods, more details about property taxes and Texas being a non-disclosure state, etc.  Most others I spoke with had a “let me know how I can help you” mantra, when Jennifer had a “here’s what you need to know and this is how I can help you” attitude.  Throughout the process she was constantly communicating, sending us additional information, and opening our eyes to areas we hadn’t thought of.  The cherry on top was when she showed up at our closing – something we’ve never had an agent do before!
